Shipping and Delivery

In KANIS RETAIL we aim to give you the utmost customer service satisfaction and strive to deliver the product / item as fast as we can.

The fulfillment of the shipment will be completed through our logistic partner in country as per their shipment Terms and Conditions. Please refer to our partner Terms and Conditions for more details.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only. KANIS RETAIL will not be liable for any lost product / item if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

KANIS RETAIL or our Third-Party shipment couriers will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, weather conditions, customs issues or any situation beyond their reasonable control.

KANIS RETAIL do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only accept and ship to full and valid address.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost and charges is calculated and shown on the Checkout page before completing your order. Shipping fees is based on your product, location and the chosen shipping method. The delivery date for your order may depend to carrier shipping methods, delivery location and quantity of products ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case you want to return full or any part of your order.

International Shipping

KANIS RETAIL will not be accountable for any import duties and taxes as applicable in the country by the governing law of the delivery location. The product / item may be inspected by customs for customs purposes and KANIS RETAIL cannot fully guarantee that the box or packaging of the product / item will be free of signs of tampering.

We accept orders from majority of international locations. Please allow 10-15 working days for order to be delivered.

  • a. How long will my order take?
    Standard delivery should take 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date will be send to you.
  • b. Can I cancel my order?
    We process your order automatically. Once your order has been placed or confirmed, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
  • c. Has my order been shipped?
    We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed for shipping.
  • d. Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
    As of the moment, we do not have the option to ship one order to multiple addresses. You cannot send a single transaction to different locations. To ship to multiple addresses, you need to place a separate order for each location.
  • e. Is shipping fees refundable?
    Original shipping fees and handling charges are not refundable.
  • f. Can I change my delivery address?
    Once the order has been confirmed and the delivery address is verified, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • g. What should I do if my order is lost in transit?
    If you have not received your product / item, please contact our Customer Care page
  • h. What should I do if I received a damaged shipment?
    Please contact our Customer Care page immediately along with the images of the packaging and the delivered product. Once we received all relevant information, we will process the replacement in line with KANIS RETAIL Standard Terms and Policies.
  • i. Do you accept cash on delivery?
     We do accept cash on delivery.
  • j. Can I pre-order the product / item?
    Pre-orders are accepted on selected item on the website and will be noted accordingly.

Refund and Exchange Policy

At KANIS RETAIL we value our customers and strive to provide the best in experience and service.

This Refund and Exchange Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for KANIS RETAIL website and will not accept any refund and exchange purchased through other authorized retailers or distributors.

KANIS RETAIL will be happy to an accept exchange request if the product / item you received is damaged or defective. The product / item received can be exchanged within 3 days of receipt of the shipment.

  • All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 3 days of purchase (Product should be in its original condition).
  • Exchange of the products damaged due to wear & tear will be entertained on management discretion. Please note that the management has the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange.
  • Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective / faulty items for identical items of equivalent value, in such case, KANIS RETAIL will bear the cost of reverse logistics.
  • In case of exchange of the Product, if the returned device is found with any physical tampering or damage, KANIS RETAIL will not make any exchange / refund. In addition to this there will be an upfront recovery of cost for reverse logistics (Being incurred by KANIS RETAIL) as well as applicable shipping charges in order to return the Product in its as-is condition to the customer.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend the policy without prior notice.
  • The Company policy does not permit us to issue refunds.

Cancellation

Please check your order carefully before placing your order. Once the product / item has been confirmed, shipped or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order. KANIS RETAIL reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order after confirmation in case of fraudulent / suspicious transactions.
